Cancellations & Returns Policy

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are created specifically for each client and are subject to unique conditions.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund (100%).

After this period, cancellations are eligible for a 75% refund, regardless of the stage of production, as materials and labor may have already been allocated.

If a custom item has been delivered and the client wishes to return it within 20 days, a 75% refund will be issued, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Collection Items (Ready-Made Products)

Orders cancelled within 48 hours are eligible for a full refund (100%).

After 48 hours, cancellations are eligible for a 90% refund.

If the item has already been delivered, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 90% refund will be issued after inspection

General Conditions

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Requests for cancellation, return, or modification made after 20 days from delivery will be considered at the sole discretion of SHELUM’S.

  • All requests must be submitted and approved in writing before any action is taken.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • The item must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is found to be in proper condition.

Defective Items

  • If a product is received in a defective condition, SHELUM’S will arrange for collection, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

  • Items reported as defective will be inspected.

  • If the item is found to be in proper condition or damaged due to misuse, no refund will be issued.

  • In such cases, the customer may request the item to be returned, subject to additional shipping costs.
