Shipping Policy

Delivery

SHELUM’S offers international shipping to a wide range of destinations.
All orders are carefully processed and prepared before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

Delivery times may take up to 21 business days, depending on the destination, product availability, and processing time.

For custom-made or handcrafted items, additional production time of up to 30 business days may be required before shipping. Each piece is created or prepared with attention to detail, which may extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Processing Time

Orders are processed starting from the next business day after payment confirmation.
Business days are defined as Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed.

Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

These costs may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is subject to the following conditions:

  • The delivery address must be accurate and accessible

  • Shipping services must be available in the selected area

  • In certain locations (such as remote areas, institutions, or gated communities), delivery may be completed at a central collection point.                                                                                                     

SHELUM’S is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While SHELUM’S makes every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events such as strikes, conflicts, or government restrictions

SHELUM’S is not liable for such delays.
