  • Cancellations after 48 hours are eligible for a 75% refund only

  • Returns of custom items are eligible for a 75% refund

  • Accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility

  • Due to the nature of leather and fur, changes may not always be possible

  • Production and delivery times may take up to 75 business days
